Member Guidelines Updated

Newly updated Membership Guidelines is available through individual Member Portal as of April 1, 2026. It is member’s responsibility to read and be familiar with Member Guidelines as all medical sharing are shared based on Member Guidelines in effect at the time of medical services. Members can download the updated Member Guidelines by logging in to their Member Portal. Members should contact the head office if they are experiencing problems in downloading the new Member Guidelines.
